Terms of Use (ToU)

These Terms of Use (ToU) define the rules for access and use of the 2ROUE site (hereinafter "the Site"), a community and fun platform for bikers.

Access to the Site and its member features (profile area, quiz, leaderboard) is strictly reserved for persons aged at least 13 years. For minors under 16 (or local digital consent age), parent or guardian consent is required. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these ToU. This acceptance will be materialized by a mandatory checkbox during registration.

2ROUE offers content service (articles, guides) and a gamification system. Users can earn experience points (XP) and badges by participating in quizzes and challenges.

Fundamental Clause - Nature of Virtual Attributes:
XP points, levels, and badges are purely virtual and fun attributes. They:

• Have no monetary or market value.
• Cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside the Site.
• Confer no property right to the user, but a personal and revocable license to use.
• Give rise to no financial compensation, even in case of account or Site closure.

The user commits, notably, to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Ensure confidentiality of their credentials.
• Not attempt to distort the game system (cheating, use of bots, exploit). Any proven attempt will result in score deletion and/or permanent account ban, without notice and at our sole discretion.
• Respect traffic laws and safety rules at all times. 2ROUE cannot be held responsible for dangerous or illegal driving consequences inspired or not by Site activity.

Editor: 2ROUE implements all reasonable means to ensure Site accessibility and security. However, the editor cannot guarantee continuous and flawless availability. Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven faults.

User: The user is solely responsible for their use of the Site and content they publish (messages, profile photos).

All Site elements (content, software, quiz system) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the editor, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

These ToU are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, Casablanca courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

2ROUE reserves the right to modify these ToU. Member users will be informed of major changes. Continued use of the Site after modification entry into force implies acceptance of new ToU.
